Travel together to Rockaway Beach for Cold Plunge

Come with us to the beach on New Year's Day and start your 2026 with intention, community, and an icy cold plunge!
Meet us at Daya Bushwick where Life Transformation Coach and Wim Hof Method Instructor Christian Mortensen will lead visualization and breathwork to prepare the body for the cold.
We will then take the subway together to Rockaway beach and plunge into the ocean with a cleansing ritual and guided warming exercises.
Wear warm clothes and your swimsuit underneath, and bring a towel. Consider bringing extra socks, a warm drink in a thermos, and a noisemaker to celebrate our plunge!
No previous cold plunge experience necessary. Suggested donation $15-30.
