~Embodied Writing~Intuitive Movement~

Bring your bestie, bring a notebook, and come join us for an afternoon of intuitive movement and stream-of-consciousness writing. There will be snacks (read: of the chocolate variety) and tea, and we'll alternate between our cozy writer's circle and yoga mats.
What: Our bodies house a wealth of knowledge and creativity. When we move with intention and attention, we unearth torrents of inspiration. This workshop will integrate the thinking mind and the feeling body, using elements of yoga, intuitive movement and guided meditation to calm the mind and release instinctive creative flow.
Where: Daya Yoga Studio, 360 Jefferson Street
When: Saturday, November 4 from 2:00-4:00pm
Who: We welcome anyone and everyone! No prior yoga or creative writing experience necessary. This workshop is centered around greater access to creativity through movement and meditation, and we feel that applies to just about everyone.
