October 20th from 2-4pm

In this class we honor our bodies with love by exploring movement, shape, and balance through yoga while also practicing to the draw the body in different yoga positions.

This class is a great way to flex your creative muscles while toning your physique, and gaining a deeper understanding of embodied form as the sacred artwork that you are.

Artistic direction will be lead by the artist Madeline Lynch, complimented by yoga instruction of Isaac Krauss.

About Our Facilitators:

MADELINE LYNCH
Madeline Lynch is a New York based artist who creates artwork inspired from her own life, nature, and that resides behind the vail of consciousness. Madeline works with all mediums that she can get her hands on and believes art is living experience that is a conversation of souls.

Madeline studied studio art and philosophy from American University in Washington DC and spent 4.5 years traveling to various countries around the world to develop herself and her craft as an artist, and person. Madeline is currently enrolled at Teachers College, Columbia University studying the bridge between Spirituality and Psychology from a western perspective.

In the world of healing, Madeline is a trained massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and works with plant based medicines, crystals, mediation, and the subtle energies of the Universe.

Madeline is currently designing classes, workshops, and retreats in New York City and abroad that blend both wellness and art making for self exploration and wellness.

Madeline has exhibited her paintings in Costa Rica, Colombia, Japan, and the United States.


ISAAC KRAUSS
Isaac Krauss is a New York based Yoga teacher, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Reiki & Acupressure practictioner. Through his interest and activity in the arts and his travels, he is inspired to explore and create ways to combine various forms of art with yoga.

His mission is to dive deeper into, and integrate, all that he loves creatively, physically, spiritually and energetically, in eclectic and accessible ways. Seeing through a broad lens, he enjoys making the connections between passions visible and active. Invoking, uniting Shiva & Shakti in one space to share whomever feels called to join.
