Jules is born and raised in Los Angeles, having recently moved to New York, she has found Meditation a beautiful tool in the city. Growing up in a family with a long history of drug abuse, and mental illness she suffered from severe anxiety. It was not until her adult life that she began to cultivate a Daily Meditation Practice to find a place of solace and love within. Jules is a nurturer and a community builder who found her passion by founding Meditation Monday's in her garden in Los Angeles. She has taught many individuals how to Meditate, and finds joy in life through sharing her practice and cooking for others.
Jules has a B.A. in Communication & Journalism at USC, a Certified Thought Coach at The Institute of Transformational Thinking, a Certified Meditation Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. She currently Coaches individuals one on one, teaches Meditation in Corporate Offices throughout Manhattan, and works closely with a Rooftop Urban Farm in Brooklyn.
