Join Nikki Ortiz in this 2 hour workshop.
We will apply the same method and technique from the Spine Awakening workshop to several back bending postures. We will study and workshop through them, trying to achieve an even and healthy backbend in all of them. Asanas will range from simple to more advanced and complex, offering variations and modifications when suitable, but always focusing on correct alignment and form so we can understand the posture and learn from it.
The workshop will begin with a Vinyasa Style, Warmup and end with a short meditation.
