This All Levels workshop takes you from Centered Pose (Tadasana inside the hula hoop!) into dynamic waist hooping that massages your belly and back, stokes your inner fire and teaches you how to hula hoop like a HoopYogini. Experience the HoopYogini Spinal Awakening Series as a warm-up flow of six moves linked with the breath to encourage full body range of motion and present moment awareness. Then, learn the From the Core vinyasa and simple techniques to gracefully move the hoop on your core, into your hands and back to your core again. Your journey culminates in Alchemy & Flow where you learn how to merge each move into a unique and flowing dance. This is a fun and pleasurable movement meditation that burns 400–600 calories an hour.
