A meditation practice is a powerful way to create a better relationship with yourself. To step back and learn to distinguish unoriginal chatter thoughts from your deep truth. It is a way to foster creativity and intuition and to find deep inner peace and acceptance.

Jayne will hold a meditation workshop to help get your meditation practice flying. We’ll talk about the psychology and physiology of meditation. How to find a comfortable seat. Some methods for quieting the chatter in the mind. We’ll also practice different ways to tune into the magic of the breathe and it’s role in meditation. There will be plenty of time for questions, exploration and play.
