alana kessler is a yoga practitioner for almost two decades, and teaching in nyc for 12 years. her practice includes yin yoga, traditional mysore style ashtanga yoga, mindfulness meditation, ayurveda & chinese medicine. she holds an e-ryt through yoga alliance and is currently completing her 500hr yin yoga, mindfulness, & buddhist psychology certification with her teacher and mentor sarah powers through the insight yoga institute sharing these teachings through her classes, trainings, workshops and international retreats. she continues to commit to herself to this path – consistently uncovering deeper layers of truthfulness, softness, courage and love with gratitude and humility. you can learn more about her practice and wellness offerings at www.bewellbyak.com.
