Gather in honor and celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride! We will take time to recognize the roots and history of Pride, then celebrate our selves and our bodies through movement. Accompanied by live music, we'll flow through a moderately paced Vinyasa yoga sequence, ending in rest and meditation. From there-- we dance, talk, and drink tea!
The teacher has trained in trauma sensitive yoga, and all ranges of mobility are welcome. Anything that affirms and supports your gender is invited (i.e. binders, chest pieces, packers.) This is a sober event.
