This will be a treat for anyone who wants to slow down! We will take our time, create a cozy space to relax in, and ease into a deep, juicy two hour yin practice. While holding the poses, acupressure massage and healing touch will be offered to help you release into the body and release deep stored emotion.
We will share our experiences and listen to both the findings of ourselves and each other.
The experience will be enhanced with live music.

About Liza:
Liza Leonard has dedicated her life to the goal of yoga—or discovery of the true self. She is a yoga asana teacher, meditation teacher, retreat facilitator, and eternal student. Through the path of yoga, Liza has discovered a deeper meaning to life that inspires her to keep growing as well as to help others develop a more positive relationship to their bodies and minds. Liza always had an inkling that magic is real, but now she knows it without a doubt! Through asana, meditation, and intention, we can redirect our view of reality and start seeing everything as joyful, curious, and deeply magical!
Liza has over 800 hours of training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga. Her training includes 300 hours of advanced study with Science of Self, and 300 hours of level two training in Rishikesh, India. Liza also spent 200 hours studying Tibetan Buddhist meditation at Three Jewels in NYC.
Her yoga classes contain fire and strength, like her, but are also nourished by soft yin feminine energy. She is sweet, supportive, and always incorporating her new discoveries into her teachings. Join Liza for classes, workshops, and her favorite: retreats upstate as well as in Guatemala and beyond! When Liza is not teaching she is probably traveling, cooking, outside in nature, singing Kirtan, or laughing with friends!
