Are you tired of merely scratching the surface of yoga, focusing solely on the physical postures while missing out on the profound wisdom of its ancient traditions? It's time to delve deeper and rediscover the true essence of yoga.

In this course you will

- resdiscover yoga’s ancient roots, honoring the sacredness of this practice that has existed for over 5,000 years

- explore yogic texts that help you comprehend traditional wisdoms through a modern lens

- use meditation, journaling, and breath to integrate what you are learning through the body and heart, instead of just studying and memorizing with the mind

- transform the way you teach yoga, and the way you relate to yourself and others

Your guide, Alexandra Spergel has over 600+ hours of training with a focus on vedantic philosophy and classical hatha yoga. She has undergone trauma-informed training. Alexandra used to teach regularly at Daya Yoga and is coming back for this special course, offered hybrid between Bushwick and online. Save your spot now (@alexandraspergel / www.alexandraspergel.com)
