Continuing our journey through the chakra system, this month is all about personal power, taking action in your life, courage, and motivation. Together we will ignite our inner fire through breathwork, community, meditation and conscious conversation.

It takes courage to take control of your life, go after your dreams, and align with your highest sense of self-worth, but it is not only possible, but SO worth it. We're so excited to dive into this empowering theme and spend time in community.

Bring a journal, if you have one, and wear something comfy (bonus points for wearing yellow!).
