Daya originally opened in 2005 in Ridgewood. Our Bushwick studio is the third House of Daya, reborn post loosing our space during pandemic and a living testament to the resilience and heart of our community. Born from the spirit of togetherness and led by our founder Anna’s (Dayamama) vision, this space is more than just a studio—it’s a sanctuary where life, healing, and learning extends far beyond walls and classrooms.

Here you can take variety of classes from yoga to pilates, fun workshops with instructors from all around the world or become a teacher.

First Class is $10 (cash) so you can feel the vibes. Make sure to arrive 15 min before to settle in & enjoy cup of tea on the house.
