The sixth month in our chakra series, our Anja chakra is associated with perception, intuition, and imagination.

How are we seeing the world, both physically and intuitively? Are you seeing the "glass half full", or focusing on the negative around you? This energy center represents our ability to move beyond duality and see the deeper truth that lies beneath appearances.

Together we'll dive into a meditation, kundalini to awaken our life force energy and open ourselves to deeper awareness, and end with journaling + sharing to inspire conscious conversation.Tap into community and join us with an open mind + heart.
