"For centuries, yogis have meditated in the hours before sunrise, a time when the angle of the sun and the Earth creates a uniquely conducive atmosphere for connecting with your soul and the Universal Soul."

Join us on the longest day of the year for a special Summer Solstice gathering featuring 2.5 hours of Long Ek Ong Kaar, a powerful Kundalini meditation known as the Morning Call. This sacred mantra practice is said to balance the chakras, deepen spiritual connection, and help liberate us from old cycles as we welcome the light, abundance, and possibility of the summer season.

Following our practice, we'll share light refreshments and fruit together.

Donation based, all that is required is for you to wake up 😊
