An offering to our connectedness to one another and to ourselves. We will begin with a meditation, followed by optional hapé, and a sound bath. The intention is to cultivate a connection to our hearts, letting go of the mind and feeling peace and openness in the body. We will focus on sending this love into our inner worlds and out to the world outside of us.

Green is a sound healer and relationship guide. Born and raised in Brooklyn they have found a deep appreciation of the need to embrace and create human community and interdependence in the city. As they deepen into their own practice of showing up for the beautiful people in their family, community, and circle they have found that only so much healing can be done alone.
