Join us for our May Community Gathering: Sacral Chakra. Part of the 7-month series diving into our energetic centers, this month will be a juicy one. This is the center of our creativity, our pleasure, our emotion, our flow. It's okay to be passionate. It's okay to feel pleasure. In fact, this is your time to celebrate and expand these beautiful parts of yourself. Let's tap into our creative, free-flowing selves through movement, meditation and conscious conversation + journaling together. Saturday, May 24th at 4 pm is our time to shine and shed away any layers that are holding us back. Bring a journal and wear something comfy and something that makes you feel good.
