Please join us for the second workshop in our series, Metamorphic Minds: embodying mindfulness, where we will explore mindfulness through altered states, creativity and movement. For this workshop, we are excited to focus on nootropic fungi with samples provided by SASS, specifically their calming UNWIND Blend.

In this workshop, we will:

explore the use of nootropic fungi through the 9 attitudes of mindfulness as outlined by Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

experience the intersections of breathwork, somatic movement, and creativity

reflect on the role of mindfulness in personal/collective healing through a transformative justice lens

Each ticket will come with a nootropic fungi sample from SASS for optional use at the workshop. Learn more about their incredible products at sassbk.com

This is a collaboration between Queering Existentialism, Mindful Manifestations, Glo Liu and SASS.
