The intention of this circle is to release fear of ourselves and others and to come back to what love feels like to us. So often the process of healing can feel lonely, especially when we are healing from abandonment or betrayal. This is a space for you to lean into community in a way that feels safe and gentle. You will be held by sound, each other, and yourself as you feel what needs to be felt so you can come home to your breath, your body, your life, and the beautiful love that exists in your heart. 

About the Facilitator: Green is a sound healer and relationship guide. Born and raised in Brooklyn they have found a deep appreciation of the need to embrace and create human community and interdependence in the city. As they deepen into their own practice of showing up for the beautiful people in their family, community, and circle they have found that only so much healing can be done alone.
