About Roland:

Roland Marconi (ig: @vital_qi_internal_arts) is a Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor with over 40 years of of experience in Taoist internal arts.. His teaching emphasizes cultivating vitality, relaxed strength, and smooth internal energy flow through mindful movement and breath. 

Roland’s approach supports resilience, longevity, embodied confidence, and whole-body integration. He is also a documentary video producer and musician/composer bringing a creative and mindful sensibility to all of his work.
