Two-day weekend immersion in kundalini. Step into deep meditation, interesting discussions and movements that make you sparkle.
May 30th -31st
3 pm - 8 pm
The human body is like an iceberg—the physical form is only a small part of the deeper, more complex inner life that hides underneath. It is your imagination, creativity, and courage that creates your life. It is the pattern of your breath that creates your emotional state and it is the pattern of your body movement that creates your state of health.
In this immersive experience, we will delve deeper into your inner self, your soul so that you can fully and unapologetically be you while pursuing your destiny. You will learn what kundalini is, how to use kundalini energy and of course how to raise it.
Together, we’ll explore:
Kriyas and how they work on chakras of the body
Core elements of yogic philosophy
Meditation techniques
A deeper understanding of the subtle bodies
basic tools to raise kundalini
includes a book with essential practices
Saturday May 30th:
3-5:30 Kundalini Kriya to release residual toxins and open the chakras
Break
5:45 - 7:45 - Pranayam deep dive (breath suspension, breath ratios, left and right nadi channels),
15 minutes closing ceremony
Sunday May 31st:
3 - 5:30 pm Basics of kundalini raising and subtle bodies
15 minute break
5:45 - 7:45 pm - Yogic philosophy and meditation techniques to “open field”
15 minute closing ceremony
About Zita
Zita completed her teacher training with Hari Kaur in NYC in 2010, since then she continued her studies finishing her 300hr training with Simran Kaur, KRI, Krishna Kaur, Satkirin Kaur and Hari Kaur.
In 2019 she accomplished her certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with Dolores Canon foundation.
and because teaching is her destiny, in 2024 she graduated with a Master's in Teaching from NYU.
Being a kundalini yoga teacher is for Zita Harkaran a gift and a blessing. To study and practice it is like learning the primordial knowledge of the universe directly through your own body and experience.
It teaches you about your nervous system, about chakras, sound current, and intuition so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.
