KUNDALINI + VINYASA
WEEKEND INTENSIVE
hosted by Zita Harkaran
at Daya Yoga Studio
Saturday, May 30th -
Sunday, May 31st
Life in NYC moves fast—long commutes, crowded spaces, constant noise, and the pressure to keep up can leave little room to pause, breathe, and reconnect. This weekend intensive is an invitation to step out of that pace and back into yourself.
The human body is like an iceberg—the physical form is only a small part of the deeper, more complex inner life we carry. In this immersive experience, we bring together the grounding, flowing practices of vinyasa, with the transformative, energy-based practices of kundalini yoga.
Together, we’ll explore:
An asana lab to build strength, alignment, and confidence in your practice
Core elements of yogic philosophy, made practical for everyday challenges
Breathwork techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout
A deeper understanding of the subtle bodies and how to use them for greater impact in your life
basic tool to raise kundalini
For vinyasa teachers, this intensive offers a pathway to safely and intentionally begin working with kundalini energy—learning how to weave subtle energetic awareness into familiar sequencing without losing the integrity or accessibility of your flow classes.

About Zita
Zita completed her teacher training with Hari Kaur in NYC in 2010, since then she continued her studies finishing her 300hr training with Simran Kaur, KRI, Krishna Kaur, Satkirin Kaur and Hari Kaur.
In 2019 she accomplished her certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with Dolores Canon foundation.
and because teaching is her destiny, in 2024 she graduated with a Master's in Teaching from NYU.
Being a kundalini yoga teacher is for Zita Harkaran a gift and a blessing. To study and practice it is like learning the primordial knowledge of the universe directly through your own body and experience.
It teaches you about your nervous system, about chakras, sound current, and intuition so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.
