Cultivating rest and the dream state go hand in hand. As we continue to navigate the final weeks of autumn, tap into rest and your dream state with this interactive workshop led by psychotherapist and yoga teacher, Gabriella Ruocco, and yin and sound practitioner, Desire Thompson. We will explore helpful methods that emphasize the importance of winding down, alongside healthy practices for rest, followed by restorative yin postures. The session will conclude with a restorative sound bath accompanied by reiki. Come rest with us!
