Description: In this guided meditation and sound bath we will be planting seeds inside ourselves. These seeds will rest in us for the winter and come alive in the spring. The sound will be our gardener, opening up the soil of our hearts, the other participants will be our fellow flowers supporting and nourishing us, and our own innate guidance will place our hopes and dreams for ourselves and for the world in exactly the right place to become <3

The workshop consists of a sound bath and guided meditation followed by talking and snacking. Starting with a written intention setting--one for ourselves and one for the world--the guided mediation then walks everyone through planting this wish in the garden of themselves with the intention of it growing its roots during the winter and then emerging as a sprout in the spring. Participants are then encouraged to take their written intention home and take it out a few times during the winter to read it aloud or meditate with their curation. The hope is that by the spring the energy of this intention will expand through this person out into the world.

Bio: Green is a sound healer and relationship guide. Born and raised in Brooklyn they have found a deep appreciation of the need to embrace and create human community and interdependence in the city. As they deepen into their own practice of showing up for the beautiful people in their family, community, and circle they have found that only so much healing can be done alone.
