Women’s Circle + Ceremonial Cacao with Dayamama
Sunday 1/18
2:30 to 4:30 PM
Daya Ridgewood
Donation based
Join us for a nourishing Women’s Circle guided by Dayamama, centered around ceremonial cacao and intentional community. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the wisdom of the heart in a supportive, feminine space.
We will open with ceremonial cacao, an ancient plant medicine traditionally used to support emotional openness, clarity, and connection. From there, we will move through gentle guided practices including meditation, journaling, sharing, and restorative yoga, allowing space for reflection, release, and authentic expression.
This circle is designed to cultivate sisterhood, presence, and empowerment. You are welcome exactly as you are.
No prior experience with cacao or women’s circles is needed.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Bring a journal if you have one, and wear something comfortable and cozy.
Donation based, with all contributions supporting the offering and the space.
All those who identify as a woman are welcome.
