Slow down into softness.

This 2 hour restorative practice invites you to rest deeply and be held- by props, breath, and the quiet rhythm of your own body. Experiencing fully supported and long held postures tend to open space for unwinding, release, and gentle presence.

Between shapes, you’re welcome to pause for a smoke break, or simply linger in stillness. Each class includes a preroll crafted to complement your evening of rest, sponsored by Herbarium.

Come as you are. Nothing to achieve, nowhere to be - just a space to land, breathe, and return to yourself.

No experience needed- all bodies, all abilities, all levels, all are welcome. Please reach out to Angie if you are unsure, or have any questions!

Includes: Full restorative setup + preroll

Bio:

Hi! I’m Angie (They/Them/She). It’s been a journey to get here, and I’m happy to share a little bit more about that. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and it’s been a lifeline in my own journey through life- the joy, the celebration, the hardship, the chaos, and everything inbetween. Along the way, I have since trained extensively in clinical mental health counseling, somatic body psychotherapy, therapeutic yoga, somatic psychology, and integrative trauma-informed care. I have had the honor of working closely with many people navigating stress, trauma, resilience, healing, and life’s many transitions. These experiences have shaped the way I teach, ensuring that the practice is not only informed by knowledge but also rooted in real human connection.

I intend to co-create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can listen inwardly, move at your own pace, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease.

If you have any questions about class please reach out! I’m happy to chat- texting is preferred.
