Release to Receive is a two-hour yin workshop to help you let go of what doesn’t serve you and make space for what does through long holds and gentle stress on the fascia tissue and joints. Yin yoga is a wonderful practice to release tension and excess heat stored in the body as the warm, kinetic summer air keeps us moving with longer days and more time for play. Sense the Self through stillness & presence, embody the wisdom of quiet.

About Kayla: Kayla (she/they) is a 300-hour RYT, writer, and registered dietitian/nutritionist based in Brooklyn. Introduced to yoga through a holistic workshop in high school, she developed a consistent practice after college and has continued exploring yoga as a lifelong path beyond the physical practice.

Kayla teaches pranayama, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin through a Meridian TCM lens, drawing inspiration from nature's seasons and the balance of yin and yang. Her classes encourage self-compassion, presence, and discovering lessons that extend beyond the mat.
