• Review the evolution + history of Reiki

• What to expect from Reiki Level II

• 5 Reiki Principles and how to merge their wisdom more completely into your daily life

• Reiki Levels and their applications

• Deepen your knowledge of energetic anatomy, chakras, auras, meridians/nadis

• Reiki Level II symbol discussion and drawing time: Choku Rei, Sei Heki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

• Reiki Level II attunements to increase your capacity to receive a stronger flow of energy. 3 symbols will be activated within your palms

  • You will receive 3 sacred attunements: 1 virtual, 1 distance, 1 in-person

• Guided Meditation to meet one of your Reiki Guides

• Practicum of traditional Reiki hand position protocols for self-healing + the healing of others

• Japanese Byosen Scanning Technique: locating the byosen ("sick accumulation") within your own or someone else's body or energy field and accessing the body after receiving Reiki. Learn the 5 levels and how to work with the byosen

• Crystals, Crystals, Crystals: the wonderful, unique characteristics of crystals and how to utilize them for your own personal healing and well-being as well as in a Reiki session

• Pair up with a fellow student and practice hands-on sessions using the newly activated symbols, crystals and guidance from spirit

• Learn how to give a Mental/Emotional session to yourself or others, and then practice with each other

• Distance Healing Didactic & Practicum: learn how to transcend physical barriers and send healing across time and space to someone who is not present using a surrogate, such as a crystal or teddy bear. Practice sending a healing to a friend or loved one who is not there

• Distance Healing for: manifesting, banking energy for the future, healing the past, and healing past lives and karma

• How to use your new symbols for protection and removing negative energy

• The importance of personal growth is paramount for advancement on your Reiki journey. Self-healing, meditation, journaling, community and continued education discussion
