Core for Healthy Gut is a mindful, core-focused yoga flow designed to support digestion, stimulate the abdominal organs, and build strength from the inside out. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and gentle twists, this practice helps improve gut health while creating more stability and ease in the body. Open to all levels, with options to modify or deepen throughout.
