You're invited to our May Community Gathering - Creativity Portal  

We'll be creating art together with no end goal other than to let the creative spirit flow and connect with community. If you have any art supples (magazine scraps, crayons, finger paint, construction paper, etc) you are more than welcome to help add to our group art project. We'll start off with a meditation and light breath work to reset our nervous systems, connect with our inner child, and get into the creative groove  and some journal reflections on our own creative path. Then we'll spend time seeing where the creativity takes us  

See you on May 9th at 4 pm at Daya Yoga in Bushwick.

Bring a journal and any art supplies if you have them.

As always, this gathering is by donation.
