As we move through our pain we come out into our joy and our hope for ourselves and our world. This event is meant to support in honoring our pain, releasing it, and giving ourselves over to a feeling of collective and personal hope. We will honor the potential of wonder, magic, and openness in our futures. The night will start with hapé and then move into a sound bath with guided meditation.
BIO:
Green is a sound healer and relationship guide. Born and raised in Brooklyn they have found a deep appreciation of the need to embrace and create human community and interdependence in the city. As they deepen into their own practice of showing up for the beautiful people in their family, community, and circle they have found that only so much healing can be done alone.
