Learn about the Ramayana! In part 2 of our ancient yogic text series (no need to have attended part 1, this is a new text!), we explore another ancient text that shaped how we engage with yoga in the modern world today.

From compositions by sage Valmiki (700 BCE)  and  female Bengali rural poet Chandrabati (1500 AD), to the Cambodian Reamker and Thai Ramakien, the Ramayana is often best understood as its own genre. Join us for our own telling of the Ramayana exploring its impact on yoga culture and philosophy.
