This circle is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. It’s a gentle space to connect with your body, your inner wisdom, and other women on the journey of self-discovery. Whether you are seeking grounding, reflection, or deeper connection, you are welcome here just as you are.
What to Expect
This is a gentle, guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and awaken your senses after a season of stillness.
Together, we will slow down and arrive
Settle your nervous system and ground into the present moment
Reconnect with your breath
Explore somatic breathing practices that open and energize the body
Return to touch: Engage in guided self-touch and body awareness to deepen connection and safety within
Awaken your voice: Use sound, humming, and gentle vocal expression to release and reconnect
Participate in a renewal ritual: Let go of what you’re ready to release and call in what’s ready to bloom
Share in community: Experience connection, reflection, and being witnessed in a supportive circle of women
This is a space for softness, presence, and coming home to yourself—exactly as you are.
No experience needed. Just bring your body, your breath, and an openness to feel.
