In this 90-minute class, we will work toward a peak pose, Forearm Balance (pincha mayurasana). The sequence for this class is carefully designed to activate and open specific areas of the body, giving you the best chance to try forearm balance!
Whether this pose is something you’ve been working on for a while or is completely new to your practice, we’ll prepare the body throughout the class and reach our peak: the exploration! You might surprise yourself.
