Sound Bath & Rapé — A Journey of Presence, Silence and Connection with Denisia Days

Sound Bath & Rapé — A Journey of Presence, Silence and Connection

Hosted by Denisia Days

Sunday August 23rd 4-6pm

Daya Ridgewood

$30

The intention of this offering is to create a safe and intentional space for participants to slow down, reconnect with the body, and experience deep relaxation through sound and mindful presence.

The experience will begin with a brief grounding and preparation, followed—only for those who consciously choose to participate—by a respectful rapé ceremony. Then we’ll transition into a Sound Bath, using vibrational instruments, frequencies, and soundscapes to support relaxation, meditation, and inner listening.

Participation in rapé would be completely optional, and each participant would be encouraged to honor their own boundaries and choices. No previous experience with either practice is required!

About the Facilitator: I am Brazilian, born in Salvador, Bahia, and have been studying and working with sacred medicine and ancestral practices for over 14 years. My path is rooted in respect for traditional practices, sound healing, and creating intentional spaces for presence, connection, and personal exploration.
