This ritual is an invitation to gather in community for an evening of gentle movement, reflection, sound and release under the energy of the full moon and lunar eclipse

As the sun sets and day transitions into night, honoring light and dark, lunar eclipse, the transition of summer coming to an end, welcoming whatever is ready to shift.

Come move, breathe, reflect, release, reconnect with yourself and community

please bring:
• yoga mat or beach towel
• journal and pen
• water
• a blanket or sweater for after sunset
• an item for the altar (optional)
• bathing suit if you’d like to take a dip in the ocean after
